Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a critical security layer beyond your password. Even if someone steals your login credentials, they won’t get in without the second verification code.

Step 1: Log in to your account and go to Security Settings.
Step 2: Look for “Two-Factor Authentication” or “Multi-Factor Authentication.”
Step 3: Choose your preferred method — usually via SMS, email, or an authenticator app.
Step 4: If using an app (recommended for better security), scan the QR code provided.
Step 5: Enter the generated code to confirm activation.
Enable 2FA on all critical accounts — email, social media, banking, cloud storage. While it may seem like an extra step, it’s one of the simplest ways to block hackers.
